How to DIY paper flowers?
1. Unfold the party ball, fanning out the tissue paper. Make sure the ribbon is centered along the length of paper.
2. Pull on every point of paper at one end of tissue, fluffing every point to the centre of the ball. When all points have been fluffed, this will have to form half a sphere.
